We promise the period of quality assurance is one year on condition that the items with correct use and not artificial damage.

Due to personal improper operation or artificial damage we all don't accept the consequences.

Please check whether there is any damage to the goods immediately after receiving the purchased goods, and must contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods.

When contacting us for quality problems, please provide the product damage pictures and order number(or purchase record).

The occurred shipping cost is on the seller. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We use Post or Aramex to ship.

Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Exchanges & Returns

The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the seller, please contact us via email for return address, All return orders should include your user ID, item number, and a brief reason for the return order.

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. We will arrange for a eplacement to be sent as soon as the item is received by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

Return order must be in the same condition as received.
