Note: Our Perth warehouse is moving, so we will ship from Melbourne, Queensland, Sydney warehouse or the factory.

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers 

 We use Australia Post, Aramex, and Express (additional fee applies) for all deliveries.

 Products are shipped from the nearest warehouse. If stock is unavailable, items will be shipped from another location. We will ship the goods from Australia or America. No shipping on weekends and holidays.

 Free standard shipping to most areas. (Check the ’ Free Shipping on the product page to verify non-free shipping zones.) But a few areas require additional shipping costs. Please contact us for specific shipping information before purchasing

Note: After purchasing the product, please make sure your email can receive my message. If your postcode requires additional shipping costs, I will contact you as soon as possible. If I don’t get your reply, I may not be able to ship until you reply.

2. Processing Time

 2-Day Processing Guarantee: All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business daysafter payment. Shipping time does not include these 2 processing days.

 Non-Working Days: Weekends & public holidays are excluded from shipping days.

Note: If you want to change the address or order information, please contact us within 24 hours after the order; it cannot be modified if it exceeds this period. If you provide incorrect delivery addresses or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery. We will not pay for the return shipping cost and will not refund you until we receive the goods and ensure that the goods are dispatched. 

 3. Express Shipping Notice

 We offer Express shipping service (additional fee applies).

 Order will be shipped within 2 business days, the shipping time does not include these 2 buesinss day. 

 No refund for delays caused by the carrier.

Note: Once we ship the item, we can not control the arrival time, so we are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable transportation issues, and we don't refund for delays caused by the carrier.
