Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Incorrect Item Received: Wrong model/specification shipped.
✅ Description Mismatch: Significant difference from product description.
✅ Defective/Damaged Products: Manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Initial Inspection & Notification: You must inspect the goods for any obvious damage or shipping errors immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items or incorrectly shipped items must be reported to us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report within this period may void your eligibility for a return or exchange for these specific issues.
Note:
1) The packaging may be damaged during transportation. If it does not affect the use, we will not refund the shipping cost or give a return label.
2) During the production process, there may be an error of 0-10mm in product size, which is a normal phenomenon and is not within the scope of returns.
2. Return Shipping Costs Covered by Us
We refund return shipping fees if:
✅ Defective/Damaged Items: Provide photos/video proof for verification.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped: Verified by our team, please send us the label of the parcel to check.
✅ Major Description Errors: Confirmed discrepancy in specs.
Note: Please contact us via email for the return address. All return orders should include your user ID, item number, and a brief reason for the return order.
3. Customer-Responsible Shipping Costs
You cover return shipping if:
✅ Change of Mind: No longer need/like the item.
✅ Ordering Mistakes: Incorrect model selected by customer.
✅ Non-Quality Issues: Returns due to buyer's measurement errors.
✅ Providing incorrect delivery addresses or invalid contact information leads to failed delivery or re-delivery.
Note:
1) If the size and shape are the same as the description, this is due to the customer purchasing the wrong model. We do not cover the shipping cost.
2) Returns due to size issues that prevent installation will not be eligible for free returns or direct refunds.
3) To ensure better heat dissipation, we will manufacture 2 row or 3 row radiator, increasing the thickness and enhancing performance. Please reserve installation space. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with OEM shrouds. If it is due to the inability to match with the OEM shroud, free returns or direct refunds will not be provided.
4. Return Process
✅ Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
✅ Condition: The item must be in its original, resalable condition. It must not have been installed, used, assembled, or damaged in any way.
✅ Packaging: All original packaging, labels, manuals, and any included accessories must be intact and returned with the product.
1)Contact Us: To start a return, you can contact us at hhhautopartswa@gmail.com with your user ID, order number, and a brief reason. When contacting us for quality problems, please provide the product damage pictures and order number(or purchase record).
2)Address & Shipping Label: If you need to pay the return shipping cost, we will give you the return address and guide you to self-ship. If we need to pay, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and then you can return for free. We don’t accept requests for shipping fees after customers return goods on their own. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3)Repackage Securely: Include original packaging & accessories. If not, when the product is refunded, this part of the money will be deducted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Used, installed, or modified radiators.
❌ Missing original packaging/accessories.
❌ Exceeding the specified return period. (30 days)
Note:
1) If the buyer damages items during the installation process, no refund or return will be granted.
2) If you receive damaged items but do not inform the seller and return them directly, no refund or return shipping fees will be given.
6. No Refund
❌ Shipping fees (original or return).
❌ Items damaged by the buyer's improper use.
❌ Returns without authorization.
❌ Buyers providing incorrect delivery addresses or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery.
Note:
1) If we need to pay the return fee, we will give you the return label. You can use the label to return for free; we will not give you the shipping fees.
2) If you want to change the address or order information, please contact us within 24 hours after the order; it cannot be modified if it exceeds this period.
3) If you provide incorrect delivery addresses or invalid contact information, leading to failed delivery or re-delivery. We will not pay for the return shipping cost and will not refund you until we receive the goods and ensure that the goods are dispatched.
4) Orders cannot be cancelled more than 48 hours after placement. If buyers want to cancel, buyers will pay for the both send out and return shipping cost.
7. No Refund Shipping Fee
❌ Returns or order cancellations due to buyer's personal reasons: To prevent malicious purchases and returns, cancellations/returns due to changes in personal preference, needs, etc. (even if the item hasn't been delivered), will not have the incurred shipping fees (including expedited, express, and other additional fees) refunded.
❌ Issues caused by the buyer's responsibility: Ordering the wrong item, providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery.
❌ Item damage due to the buyer's reasons: If the buyer damages the item due to improper use or storage after receipt, return will be refused, and no shipping fees will be refunded.
❌ Exceeding the specified return period: Return requests made beyond the stated return timeframe. (30 days)
8. Refund Timeline
✅ We'll notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return.
✅ You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving your return.
(Note: Your bank may take additional days to process the refund)
9. Note
All agreed refunds and after-sales resolutions are final with buyers. No further changes or extra refunds will be provided
