Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Incorrect Item Received: Wrong model/specification shipped.

✅ Description Mismatch: Significant difference from product description.

✅ Defective/Damaged Products: Manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Initial Inspection & Notification: You must inspect the goods for any obvious damage or shipping errors immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items or incorrectly shipped items must be reported to us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report within this period may void your eligibility for a return or exchange for these specific issues.

Note:

1) The packaging may be damaged during transportation. If it does not affect the use, we will not refund shipping cost or give a return label.

2) During the production process, there may be an error of 0-10mm in product size, which is a normal phenomenon and is not within the scope of returns.

2. Return Shipping Costs Covered by Us

We refund return shipping fees if:

✅ Defective/Damaged Items: Provide photos/video proof for verification.

✅ Wrong Item Shipped: Verified by our team, please send us the label of the parcel to check.

✅ Major Description Errors: Confirmed discrepancy in specs.

Note: Please contact us via email for return address, all return orders should include your user ID, item number, and a brief reason for the return order.

3. Customer-Responsible Shipping Costs

You cover return shipping if:

✅ Change of Mind: No longer need/like the item.

✅ Ordering Mistakes: Incorrect model selected by customer.

✅ Non-Quality Issues: Returns due to buyer's measurement errors.

✅ Providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery.

Note: If the size and shape is the same as the description, this is due to the customer purchasing the wrong model. We do not cover the shipping cost.

4. Return Process

✅ Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

✅ Condition: The item must be in its original, resalable condition. It must not have been installed, used, assembled, or damaged in any way.

✅ Packaging: All original packaging, labels, manuals, and any included accessories must be intact and returned with the product.

1) Contact Us: To start a return, you can contact us at hhhautopartswa@gmail.com with your user ID,order number, brief reason. When contacting us for quality problems, please provide the product damage pictures and order number(or purchase record).

2) Address & Shipping Label: If you need to pay the return shipping cost we will give you the return address and guide you to self-ship. If we need to pay, we'll send you a return shipping label, then you can return for free, we don't accept requests for shipping fees after customers return goods on their own. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3) Repackage Securely: Include original packaging & accessories. If not, when the product refund, this part of the money will be deducted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used, installed, or modified radiators.

❌ Missing original packaging/accessories.

❌ Exceeding the specified return period. (30 days)

6. No Refund

❌ Shipping fees (original or return).

❌ Items damaged by buyers improper use.

❌ Returns without authorization.

❌ Buyers providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery.

Note:

1) If we need to pay the return fee, we will give you the return label, you can use the label to return for free, we will not give you the shipping fees.

2) If you want to change the address or order information, please contact us within 24 hours after order, it cannot be modified if it exceeds this period.

3) If you providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery. We will not pay for the return shipping cost and will not refund you until we receive the goods and ensure that the goods are dispatched.

7. No Refund Shipping Fee

❌ Returns or order cancellations due to buyer's personal reasons: Cancellations due to changes in personal preference, needs, etc. (even if the item hasn't been delivered), will not have the incurred shipping fees (including expedited, express, and other additional fees) refunded.

❌ Issues caused by the buyer's responsibility: Ordering the wrong item, providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery.

❌ Item damage due to the buyer's reasons: If the buyer damages the item due to improper use or storage after receipt (return will be refused and no shipping fees will be refunded).

❌ Exceeding the specified return period: Return requests made beyond the stated return timeframe. (30 days)

8. Refund Timeline

✅ We'll notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return.

✅ You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving your return.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

✅ We use Australia Post, Aramex, Express (additional fee applies) for all deliveries.

✅ Products are shipped from the nearest warehouse. If stock is unavailable, items will be shipped from another location. We will ship the goods from Australia or America. No shipping during on weekends and holidays.

✅ Free standard shipping to most areas. (check the 'Free Shipping' on the product page to verify non-free shipping zones.), but a few areas require additional shipping costs. Please contact us for specific shipping information before purchasing.

Note: After purchasing the product, please make sure your email can receive my message. If your postcode requires additional shipping costs, I will contact you as soon as possible. If I don't get your reply, I may not be able to ship until you reply.

2. Processing Time

✅ 2-Day Processing Guarantee: All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Shipping time does not include these 2 processing days.

✅ Non-Working Days: Weekends & public holidays are excluded from shipping days.

Note: If you want to change the address or order information, please contact us within 24 hours after order, it cannot be modified if it exceeds this period. If you providing incorrect delivery addresses, or invalid contact information leading to failed delivery or re-delivery. We will not pay for the return shipping cost and will not refund you until we receive the goods and ensure that the goods are dispatched.

3. Express Shipping Notice

✅ We offer Express shipping service (additional fee applies).

✅ Order will be shipped within 2 business day, the shipping time does not include this 2 business day.

✅ No refund for delays caused by the carrier.

Note: Once we ship the item, we can not control the arriving time, so we are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable transportation issues and don't refund for delays caused by the carrier.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage & Period

✅ Warranty Term: We offer a one-year-warranty.

✅ What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

✅ Warranty Period: The warranty period begins from the date you purchase from our website.

✅ Initial Inspection & Notification: You must inspect the goods for any obvious damage or shipping errors immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items or incorrectly shipped items must be reported to us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report within this period may void your eligibility for a return or exchange for these specific issues.

Exclusions

❌ Damage from personal improper installation/operation.

❌ Modified, repaired, or misused parts. Any modification, alteration, or repair attempted by anyone not authorized by us.

❌ Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear, or the gradual reduction in performance through use over time.

❌ Misuse or Neglect: Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or use of the part for a purpose for which it was not designed.

❌ External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, corrosion, extreme weather conditions, or exposure to chemicals.

Inspection & Claims

✅ Check immediately: Please check whether there is any damage and contact us within 30 days after receiving.

✅ Required evidence: Provide clear photos/video of the issue + order number.

✅ Contact us anytime: For issues within the warranty period, email hhhautopartswa@gmail.com

✅ Authorization & Return: Do not return any item without prior authorization.

Quick Resolution

Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution:

⚡ Replacement: We will ship a replacement part to you within 7 business days of approval and receipt of the faulty item (if required). The warranty for the replacement part will be valid for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

⚡ Refund: If a replacement is not available or is no longer in production, a partial or full refund will be made based on the actual situation.
